he that is not against us is for us

Mark 9:38And John answered him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name, and he followeth not us: and we forbad him, because he followeth not us. 39But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me. 40For he that is not against us is on our part. 41For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward.

Luke 9:49And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us. 50And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us.

Think sometimes we all need to be reminded that while we have differences with our fellow Christians, that we are all striving for one goal. Running the race of life to the purpose of winning for and in Christ. We all have different roles in the body of Christ. No role being less important than the others. Also, it is important to remember that we are all at different levels of learning, some are babes in Christ, while others have attained more maturity in Christ. We shouldn’t fail to realize that we weren’t always mature, and that once we were the unlearned and we started with the milk of salvation and repentance. Guess we need to learn to have patience and respect for one another in spite of our differences. Also, we should reach down and try to help our fellow Christians along in the Word.

God’s goal is not the temporal. It is the eternal.
